Cedar Breaks National Monument

Welcome to the Ramperts Trail of pictures found in the Cedar Breaks National Monument Website. Picked up from the visitors center, Ramperts Trail is a 2 mile round trip hike. The trail descends approximately 400' from the visitors center to its end at an altitude of 10,350'- 9,952'. The trail extends along the south portion of the Monument, allowing for spectacular views to the north as can be seen by the pictures below. Bristlecone Pine, which can live upto 4,000 years, can be found at the altitudes along this trail.
