Grand Canyon National Park

Welcome to the North Rim page of pictures in the Grand Canyon National Park site. This portion of the park is very remote and is not near any major cities. It is 215 miles by road from the North Rim Visitor Center to the South Rim Visitor. From S. Utah, the route in is 89S to Kanab, 89S Alt to Jacob Lake, Rt 67S to the rim. The elevation at the North Rim is 8200'. The open seaon is typically from mid-May to mid-October. Full facilities are offered in the North Rim Village.
