The park is 319 acres in size. It is bordered by Lake Michigan and features the Buckingham Fountain and Millenium Park. Grant Park is also the center of the city's cultural community, home to the Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Field Museum of Natural History, the Petrillo Music Shell and the and Adler Planitarium. Soldier Field is nearby.
