High Point State Park

Welcome to the High Point State Park Website of pictures within the World from the Web Home page. Located in northwest New Jersey, the park is 68 miles northwest of New York City off of Route 23 in Sussex County. From New York City, take I-80 west to Rt. 23 north. Pass through the towns of Sussex and Colesville. 1 mile north of the intersection with Rt. 519, follow the signs into the park.

At 1,803 feet above sea level, High Point is New Jersey's tallest mountain and the namesake of this 15,278 acre state park. Activities include swimming, biking, hiking and sightseeing. For more information contact High Point State Park, 1480 State Route 23, Sussex, NJ 07461 or call 973-875-4800.
