From Panoramic Point at 7520', Mt Goodard at 13,568', N. Palisade at 14, 242' and Hume Lake at 5,201'. The road to Panoramic Point is open only in the summer. Hiking it is about a 3 mile roundtrip with an ascension of 931'. It is picked up near the Grants Grove Visitor Center.

2 mile round trip hike to Vista Peak, near the Kings Buena Canyon Overlook.

From the summit of Little Baldy. It is 8,044', and is picked up from Rt 198. The hike is 3.4 miles roundtrip with an ascension of 709'. Although a fairly short hike, it was done in the middle of the winter when the trail was slippery and caution was needed.
